I’ve worked across Canada and Saudi Arabia in civic tech, education, construction, financial services, and emerging AI ecosystems, and the pattern is always the same: systems are designed around institutions, not people.

I lead digital experience and technology transformation at Cybensol Technology Inc., helping organizations modernize services, redesign workflows, and build platforms that are intuitive, culturally aware, and operationally sustainable. My work includes experience strategy, service blueprinting, UX maturity assessment, and AI-enabled prototyping.
